I am already a member of NIL. I am trying to follow the instructions I received via email for the new NIL portal site.

I am using my same username and choosing a different password to register.

But... I am getting a web page that says "FORBIDDEN"

What should I do?

You need to go here The Next-In-Line Team - Home and on the left side or just select the register link below and it will take you straight there to register.

Hi,
Ok... I was able to get in. I used my same username from the old NIL but had changed my email address. When I used the same email address from my old registration, it let me register.

But... where do we go to see where we are on the old list? I have checked every link on the site.

I'm sorry to be such a pain. This stuff gets frustrating to me. I just want to see how I'm progressing. I can't find any link that talks about the "processes."

Please be patient with me.

Click on the "Next In Line Team Banner" just above the "Time Zone Clock" Heading.

If you are logged in you can also click on the "Join CF via NIL Team" under the UserMenu (you need to be logged in for you to see it.)
