Default I have no idea what to do

My wife had an affair about eight months ago, and I caught her out she says nothing physical happened just an emotional affair but notes she has written in n her phone say differently.

She still denies the intimacy, she also says she is over the affair, yet last week I saw the message she sent him to see how he was, she then wrote a letter stating how she wants to know if he used her or if it was just a physical thing, for her it was emotional.

Two weeks ago I felt like I was getting back to normal with trust and everything; she just ripped open that wound. Now I don’t know what to think and do.

She says she still loves me and wants to make it work; she needs to sort out her head.

I have no idea what to do, we have three young kids, and I still love her, but I can’t take any more emotional stress I want this guy out of our lives and her head.

Please, any advice would do. Am I being played or has too much damage been done already.

When lies come between 2 people it creates disharmony. Looking at this she hadn’t told you everything why is she even still speaking to him she should be putting everything into you reassurance making you feel loved she has a family she should think of wot she could lose.
Trust is vital in any relationship if she has broken that which it looks like she has she herself has to face herself and ask herself some heartfelt questions instead of lying and running away from it I wish you well and hope things go well but she cannot expect you to be the same when she has broken trust with you both https://truthprivateinvestigators.co...tors-brisbane/

You need a divorce right away. Trust in your family is gone. If you're so confused about finding a woman to live with, then why don't you try the app for seniors? Today it is the most advanced way to find love and relationships. I think you will be pleased to chat with beautiful ladies using your smartphone and go on a date.

The actions she did are awful and it shouldn't be justified but try to understand her. She's just a human after all and you should try to help her. I mean, go and watch https://www.collegeporn.net/xnxx/ with her. maybe you should diverse your sexual life somehow.
