Default Has anyone tried weighted blankets?

Iím figuring out a last minute gift for myself lol.

Weighted blankets are used to reduce insomnia caused by stress and anxiety. Supposedly, making it easier to fall and stay asleep.

Does anyone have one? If so, how are you liking it?

Sounds like a horror story. I can’t even sleep with socks or pants. I was just looking into this lol. They are so expensive for me https://melacomfort.com/products/mela-comfort-1 I been thinking about gifting myself with one as well though. I like sleeping with blankets and pillows on top of me.

Yes you are right. These blankets really reduce insomnia and help you rest better. They maintain body heat and still have many health benefits. I, for example, bought this type of beds a while ago. I mean, from then on, I only use it. I liked it so much. I found an article that explains in more detail the pluses and minuses of each type of blankets at https://sustainableplanet.ca/best-weighted-blankets-canada. I hope it helps you with some information.

I don't think that some blanket can help with insomnia. It's a pretty serious disorder, people can't get rid of it for years.
