    Default Mixed Martial Arts

    Mixed Martial Arts is any group who studies various martial arts. In can be any mixture whatsoever. Interesting all of the arts have signifacant overlap with other arts so it seems all martial arts are somewhat mixed. The reason for this term is that most martial arts systems place a high cultural emphasis on their historical lineage.
