    Default PayPal keeps on putting my money on hold?!

    This sucks. Every time I make a transaction through PayPal they put my money on hold. Has anybody experienced the same thing? I think I'm sticking to PayCo from now on, they're fairly new but reasonable and fair with my transactions.
