Hello,
My name is Christian. I deal with them sometimes before all is good but this time I have a transaction with Alertexchanger for exchange service. I have sent money to them but I did not receive anything. I have contacted them by e-mail([email protected]) but did not get any responds. I think they are trying to scam me. I have contacted Alertpay today. Hope all is well. Thanks for reading!

Dear Sir,

You informed us 5-6 days ago that your Alertpay account has been hacked so your funds have been placed on HOLD.
Alertpay did that so we are unable to touch your funds.

You and the hacker contacted us for several times from the same email account.
Examples:

- This is an fake email from hacker. please cancel it. Thanks

-Hello please I am the guy with the problem with my Alert Pay Account this person hacked my alert pay account ([email protected])He sent xxx.xxx dollars from this Alert Pay Account and he is trying to get that money from you guys he also hacked my Hotmail account thats why I am wrinting fron the Main site to try to fix this please send me any response to this E Mail: [email protected]


Conclusion: your funds are on HOLD until Alertpay will fix the issue.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you but this is the only thing we do now.
