By ignoring the above requirements, my money will instead be returned without discussion, minus the Admin Fee and I will be sanctioned for the next 6 months with a follow-up fine after that period.
Failing to abide and in breach of the escrow agreement, I will be sanctioned for 6 months and a Fine of $25.00 - Upon the lifting of the sanction, the Fine must automatically be made over within 36 hours or I lose my Qualified REESE Exchanger status altogether.

That form and details (one time only for Qualified REESE Exchangers) are PM'd to us, and not even the other member, and vice-versa, will get or need to see or knowing WHO you actually are except for your RC username.

You actually deal with us... and if YOU fool about with chargebacks (if PayPal is involved in yr exchanges) with us or play diddly with the time and transfer etc... we deal directly with you with an immediate sanction and without explanation given, as the culprit knows clearly well where he/she tried to pull a fast one with us...!!!

Your identity and privacy is again secured and not compromised by the other jerk that is not serious with the exchange....

On this level, both parties are severely dealt with... there is no 3-times and U R struck out.... policy here, this is where you don't want to fool about with us!

There is not even a second chance to exchange within a 6-months sanction ban... and that again depends on the nature of one's despicable response to the other member waiting for a serious exchange....

REESE will exercise and carry out the penalty on behalf of the "nearly duped while in waiting" member thinking he/she was getting a serious and respectable exchange in return...

There will be no compromise for jerks trying to pull a fast one in this Forum.

And we will be the safest place to conduct good honest dealings for the members... only thing is, there is no room given for Scammers planning or have been successful with scamming others elsewhere... in here, REESE removes that scam virus by 100%!!!

I hope you are a serious person to become a qualified RC REESE Exchanger.... or just benefit much more in here as a member seeking occasional currency exchange with other ROLClub members or get excellent deals with an Exchanger or become one instead, we are waiving the entry Fee for the first 10 that signs up.

The Admins.

We are beginning to see the value on such or on any case that derives from this outcome with a symbolic compensation. This will take and come in the form of an apology package with about $15 per incident.

From the small and modest fees we collect, there will be an amount set aside to heal disappointment and wounds caused by a poor and dishonorable conduct that caused a deal to fall through... and when this occurs, not only is the culprit immediately sanctioned with a $25 fine (this we have to wait 6 months later for it if he/she plans to return) while we will immediately compensate the waiting and disappointed member with the $15 as gesture and token.
We are not obligated but we're just as human as you are and believe the said person deserves it for all discomfort and things taken into consideration.


Members who are approved to be a Qualified REESE Exchanger will have their qualified profile title added with a "+ RE" ...aka REESE Exchanger.
