Anyone have OboPay for Alertpay? In USA?

I'm looking to exchange alertpay for OboPay, would be willing to take paypal, but I'd prefer to find someone in US that I can talk to on the phone! Got screwed on my first attempt at a trade, looking for someone honest.

If you're not familair with obopay, they're like paypal but they work by cell phone instead of email, and they give you a mastercard in like five days!
