Just wanted to say that, all should be very careful with paypal exchanges.
There are lots of new members coming to Rolclub, and post their first posts with exchange requests.
First.
1.The one that askes for exchange should always send first.
Never sent more then 10-25% at first of the sum you wish to exchange. Ask for a snapshot for proof of funds. See

2.Check if they have verified status with paypal before sending them money.
3.Often Those that want Paypal for something else, can do a chargeback, by
login's to their own paypal account from a proxy ip, and later claiming to
paypal that it was not them who transfered the money... In such cases,
you will simply lose your ecurrency and the paypal that was sent to you.
4. Try not to exchange with new members, with very low post count on RC.
Purpose
Allows members to exchange electronic money with others.
Requesting to Exchange E-Money
1. Must be a member of this forum for at least 50 days and made at least 50 relevant posts before he is allowed to participate in the exchange.
2. Members MUST not hide their IP address behind firewall or proxy, if you can't reveal your real IP address, then you are not entitled to participate in the exchange.
3. Post a request like "I have $10 e-gold and want to exchange it with anyone who would send me $10 via PayPal". You may want to include a screenshot to prove you actually have the amount you say you want to transfer. (Remember to include the amount of money and the service you want to transfer from and to)
4. Wait for a response.
5. When you receive a response, decide if you are going to exchange with that person, or if you wish to continue looking for other people. Post your reply in the topic.
6. Once you receive the money from the person you agree to do the exchange with, send them the money in the other service immediatly.
7. In the post, please tell how long after each post you will need a response (and the appropiate action).
8. Post the transaction details and that the transaction is complete.
Accepting a Request
1. Anyone for now is allowed to reply to a request. The buyer/seller who made the post will then decide if they wish to deal with this individual.
2. Members MUST not hide their IP address behind firewall or proxy, if you can't reveal your real IP address, then you are not entitled to participate in the exchange.
3. Find an appropiate request that you can fulfill, and tell the person how long it will take to fulfill it (it must be less than what the person requested).
4. Post in that thread that you are interested. You may want to include a screenshot to prove you actually are able to complete the transaction.
5. After the original person replies to go ahead and exchange the money, send them the money. (If you dont know the person you are trading with, and their registrated username is partly new, then there is a 50%-50% risk for you getting scammed. So if your exchanging 100 usd, and plan on sending first, then go ahead and send 10-15% first of the original sum just to make sure they send you back. This way you wont risk losing all your money to the scammer, and whats the hurry anyway? Do not fall for their tricks about hurry up as they have to go or do something)...
6. Post that you have sent the person requesting the payment.
WARNING: During the transfer of any money please take screen shots as you send the money to the other person, and when you receive it. This verification will be required if there is a problem during your transaction. Any members cheating will be banned immediatly. No Spamming allowed.

Send 10% first of full exchange amount!
If you dont know who your exchanging with and that person also seems to have a new ID on this forum, chances are you can get scammed. Then if this is a exchange where you will send ecurrency and they will send you paypal you should be extra aware... Do Never rush in such situations! Do a test spend of a smaller part of the sum you wish to exchange to see if the other person can be trusted. After a 10% successful trade do not send all the rest at once. Divide your trade into several smaller trades.
PAYPAL: In paypal's case these is no certainty that the above method will help as
the scammers can often file for unauthorized entery to their accounts to paypal, and get their paypal $$ that was sent you back to them, as well as keep your ecurrency...
Beware
There have been a spate of scams of late by people impersonating established members here on Instant messengers. Make sure it is who you think it is by asking them to pm you a code on RC you give them on the instant messenger. If they refuse, turn away........
Just because someone is called something on an IM service doesn't mean they are the same name on RC.
