Not sure how you can say 'hard work'.
99% of the current membership haven't recruited a single person, they were just lucky to be the first in and benefited from spill-over.
However, if people had worked hard to build a full matrix themselves, I can see them not being happy, but this applies to no one yet.

The idea of a reversed matrix was first suggested to Bryan by Ofshore-Wealth.

    Interesting,

As most know, I suggested this as a way to stop attrition which is the killer of all MLM's over time, usually 18 months and you effectively hit the wall, no matter how good you are at recruiting, everyone hits the attrition wall where it becomes more difficult to add people as you are losing just as many to attrition.

There is no perfect system, but the only way for long term success is to stop attrition, far more important than recruiting is. I expected the comments from anyone who is at the top, as this is typical, and they hate the thought or reversing matrix, but what about the thousands who are contributing to these top positions, how do you think they feel?

Simple as it gets, stop attrition and everyone wins, not just the ones on top three levels. The perfect opportunity for a system like this exists because a lotto is a low cost program in comparison to others, so imagine if you knew you would hit a big monthly pay day at little cost per month, would you stay qualified? Yes, most would, but if you finally learned you would likely never see spillover, and you were not a recruiter, would you still play every week? I rest my case. (g)

As to hard work done by those at the top, hmmmmm, I wonder if we could identify what is hard about registering and watching spillover happen? It all comes down to trying to be fair with everyone since this is a unique family, not the usual greed motivated deals we have all lost on. Make it fair, and people will stay, if not, it will be all over in 18 months or less.

    Good luck to all, Mike

    Mike,

I like you analogy, and it would make sense if they would do reverse matrix say every three months.

We will see what will happened with suggestion.

Well, obviously there isn't any recruiting at the moment as the lotto is in test phases and Bryan hasnt given the goahead to recruit/advertise.

But once it starts, to those who work hard etc, is it fair to them to have their matrix position forcefully reversed? Doesn't matter if it benefits a lot, being unfair to some for the sake of many isnt right.

    Talking Reversing matrix!

I am smack dab in the middle of the rolclub matrix, so I don't stand to gain directly from this idea. But indirectly I would gain because I think the longevity of the program would be greatly enhanced. As for those who "worked so hard to get on top" by typing faster than me, they should not be greedy and think of the greater good. I hope BM will look closely at this idea and whether it is feasable. I am just thankful to be part of the program either way.

    Default Fairness?

Me again. In response to Mike on the subject of fairness. What about all those who stayed up in front of their computers trying feverishly to get signed in to the lotto only to have their accounts deleted, try again the next day, deleted and then finally on the third try get signed up on the bottom of the matrix while those who were LUCKY enough to get signed up on top slept comfortably dreaming of all the money they were going to make? I am not blaming BM, he did what he had to do, but that really sucks for those people. I think the reversing matrix is a great idea!
