    My uplines are

is 4838 my number, or my direct upline's number? Also, can I expect some spillover into my downline, or am I too far down in the matrix?

Yes you should expect to get some spillovers, like Bryan said, if you sign up during the test phase you have a good chance of making some money when this goes live. But it wont happen over a week, we have to work together and recruit members/affiliates and in time you will have a big downline of people! So recruit people and have patience, something i know we all have.:)

    Regards
    John

Besides getting family and friends to sigh up, where do we stand on legally marketing the lotto in the U,S,? What methods do you plan to use?

The Internet, other? Any approved marketing by Bryan?

    How to proceed from here?

Let's have something clear here. It is perfectly legal promote and send someone to website of HALotto to sign them up or for them to buy tickets.
That is why Bryan said that you can ONLY promote on website and not in adds on newspaper or any other method besides website or non-spam emails.

It is not legal in USA to sell physical lottery tickets, so by referring someone to website does not break any laws.

If you read law than you would understand better.

I am closing this thread and all that are related to the Hallotto disguise deceit. For returning members wanting to trace or track related posts concerning the current development some call it a stupid saga, a farce and even a silly & endless waste of time, well whatever anyone feels opinionated by their individual viewpoints or argument, the Trial on the Marsdens is NOT over and far from closure hence, a main sticky thread will cater to that attention

    at this link>>>:

Any further new threads open just for the sake of an individual's ignorance to the progress surrounding the Marsdens or the Trial or anything else on PIPS or PicPay and all the parties involved will find their newly created thread deleted. Issues related to the past and further back in the past, will be posted in the above thread, click that and stay there with your submitted posts please. This is a start of some pruning and spring cleaning on the PIPS related Forum.
