Next time you're in a court room, stand up and call the judge an id.i.ot and see what happens. The judge will then explain to you in no uncertain terms that "freedom of speech" does NOT mean you can say anything you feel like, in a derogatory way to anyone. And then I'm sure you will have some time to think on it while you serve the term he/she sentences you to for contempt of court. In very simple terms, "freedom of speech" means you have the right to express your opinion, but not to degrade someone.
