I hate to burst the bubble, guys, but I don't think this is it. It came up as a previously viewed link for me (meaning I've clicked on it before), it iis dated February 26th, and it is the draft bill of oil and gas.

Indy's Family says it is the draft [ pending ] version, [ scanned into a pdf file ] . . . that has been been around since Feb. . . . but the website where it appears shows it is marked as a Gov't decision [ *in the past tense* ] . . .

Uncle Joe see's no reason why it would appear as anything different even if it has been passed . . .

They're gonna do a little sniffing-around . . . and see if they can find any additional info . . .

Actually the laws are posted below the date so the draft of the oil and gas law is dated April 22, 2007.

No reason to mention the law on that site at all . . . unless [ as they say ], a decision *HAS* been made on April 22nd . . . a new date at least . . .

To me when you use the word decision . . . It's a Been Done . . . not a Pending . . .

the date of feb whatever that is on it is the date at which it was submitted to cabinet i believe or was approved by cabinet. 'draft' signifies that it was always a 'work in progress'. im with the kurds at this point that it looks very positive!!

I'm curious why so many articles are surfacing now from 02/07. Considering it's all positive news I doubt all of us would have missed them had they been online back then.
I would rather there were fewer buyers myself....
