Default Iraq Dinar newbie, can you help me?

Hi There, Im very new to the Iraq dinar situation.

So whats the deal with it? How cheap is it to buy? what are the current exchange rates and when are you expecting them to rise?

How much are you thinking they might rise too?

Also where can I buy them from?

    Thankyou

    Tim

It is very inexpensive to buy right now...I believe about 800 USD/ million dinar.

The exchange rate currently is "artificial" and very low. However it is rising in value almost daily. Today, for example it went up 11pts.

There is a wide spectrum of speculation on what people think it will rise to. Just check our history thread!!

There is a thread also for where you can buy them. Don't know where locally for you!! Sure many others in your area would be willing to help!!

    Welcome!!
    Melissa

    thanks melissa,

It seems that the dinar is extremely low $1 = 1400 dinar or something like that. some people believe that it might become $1 = 1 dinar in the future

whats the main reason everyone isnt buying as much as they can right now?
also is dinartrade.com the most reliable seller. im from the UK.

There is no real proof that the dinar will ever reach 1:1 or anywhere close to it(though many of us believe it will, soon!!). As for where to buy dinar, there are banks in the UK that sell. You may want to PM adster for more information.

is there anywhere that i can see a chart or something of history for iraq dinar?

like what was the rate a month ago, then the month before etc.

this seems like a no brainer to be a part of.

Halifax sell them. You can order online or over the counter and they take three days to arrive.
