Thumbs down E-mail CNN your thoughts

    CNN.com - Contact Us

I think THIS IS WHERE E-MAILS should go to let them know how we feel.

I sent it to Larry King Live also because I like him and think he is fair so maybe he will address it if CNN won't. This is what I sent.

This is not unbiased reporting, this is a direct insult to our young men and women fighting for freedom. I can not believe the stupidity of such an evil agenda against America by CNN reporters. You might as well join the terrorist as you propogate their agenda in fueling fear in the hearts of our people. I am disgusted with your coverage of the news and will not EVER watch your crap again! This is why FOX NEWS is #1 and not you!

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 20 (UPI) -- The chairman of the House Armed Services Committee Friday accused CNN of showing an "enemy propaganda film" of a

U.S. soldier shot by a sniper in Iraq.

Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., sent a letter to Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld -- signed by two other Republican members of Congress from California -- asking that CNN reporters be barred from being embedded with U.S. troops.

"I think Americans like to think we're all in this together," Hunter said. "The average American Marine or soldier has concluded after seeing that film that CNN is not on their side."

CNN producer Brian Doss said that Michael Ware, a Baghdad correspondent, received the tape indirectly from a spokesman for the Islamic Army, and the network decided to air it after extensive internal debate.

"Whether or not you agree with us in this case, our goal, as always, is to present the unvarnished truth as best we can," he said on the CNN Web site.

It must of gotten thru. Today on BBC and NPR, a segmon was dedicated to the uprise of Media against America of the Iraq situation. Boy did the Media dig a whole. I was so glad to here this and for the public to hear it as well.

The Media is out of hand, bottom line. They need to be held accountable for what they say. Just like anyone else. Goes to show you that American's amd I am sure of others around the world are tired of the Media Crap.

I really appreciate your sharing that with me. So true..I wish I had seen that segment. I have read many articles from the press inside Iraq that are reporting lies to promote the insurgency. The media has power and it should NOT be abused. They use to have integrity but now they are no better than gossip hounds.

The war is bad enough but when our own country and media do this kind of thing.....imagine what it does for the moral of our forces. My heart goes out to those giving their lives so we can live in freedom. Can you image how they feel seeing and hearing all this stuff. It breaks my heart.

There is this other "Homeland War" that needs some good confrontation and dealt with rigidly...starting with all those lobbying for pathetic support of criminals getting good defence lawyers at their sides while fulling knowing that evil and crime were indeed pepetrated by the culprits and then again we have those hailing the Constitution 5th Amendment to hide behind like cowards and be walking scott free while the other band of two-face news sensationalist journalists should be given NONE of the Pulitzer prize for snapping pics at other people's misery caught in the wake.... and they get the glory and credit on the victim's expense!!!

Yes, like it or not...whether you agree on Georgie's policy for the best of Iraq and others ... you will have to admit, you may soon be standing UP for GWB for the unenvious task his role is being credited with the annals of history ... you can't deny him that credit Americans should be proud of for being a nation trying to help others and nations and getting slung at with crap and propaganda in return and the unfortunate losses of your brave men and soldiers facing enemy fire and mocked by those media morons accompanying them on the frontlines...

Go get them mad maniacs Bush... and he needs all of you to achieve that too!!!

Ms. Sabrina needs her Head Examined. And Moktada al-Sadr needs taken out as well.

You sure have that right! Taking prayer out of schools and trying to strip the constitution of the values, dignity, and fundamental principals this country was founded on has greatly divided and damaged our integrity as a nation. Thank God we have a President who is willing to confront potental threats BEFORE they blow us all up! Thank God we have young men and women who love America and believe in her values enough to put their lives on the line. Why don't they do more to honor our soldiers, who keep us free, like they did in WWI and WWII. Everyone supported and joined in the fight against Hitler and Japan. I quess most people live in their comfort zones and turn a blind eye to the truth.

    I'll drink to that

She just better pray she keeps her head on her shoulders and doesn't find it rolling down the street one day...and yes, al-sadr would be just the one to do it if he isn't taken out. I read in the news section America did an air strike against one of their sites...will be interesting to see where that one goes on the ground..Lord have mercy...they are pulling down the strongholds!

You tell um yardbird..and give the link to your friends too. I just spent a month at the VA Hospital in Wisconsin. My Dad had some serious health issues and I became very aquainted with many of the staff and patients there. There were a lot of patients coming in from Iraq. On the door entering into the hospital is a sign that says "The Price of Freedom is Seen Here". Makes you want to cry.

I wonder if O'reilly on Fox has seen this segment by CNN. We should let him know also. There's nothing he enjoys more than sticking it to CNN(American Al Jazeera). I didn't see it as I never watch CNN anyhow. Kudo's to the original poster for making us aware of this.
