Yesterday i decided to let lndmn_01 take over for neno. I have received well over 50 PM's regarding this issue. 1/2 for him, and half against due to some chat run by mrsCK and archangel.

People you can contact if you do not wish to take it with the moderator are still respected senior moderators like: (Supermods) OSW-RADITZ-NENO
They can have a say over any moderator at any time...

Or you can contact us, the Admins

First of all. Where do i stand..

I don't want to see anyone ever let mrsCK or Archangel in on this forum. When ever this happens, a long line of trouble seems to start.

If your pro-that chat, i suggest you stay there. You will NOT play their politics here on RC forum, which happens to be a public forum for all. (nor will any of our moderators do that)..

For all, means no grouping, no cult mentality, no outside wishes will be judging what to do, what post to delete & whom to ban. We have clear rules for this on RC called TOS... And only they will be followed. If any Moderator will be found breaking our TOS or sympathizing with outside groups to press their wishes on how to Run RC, then such mods will be removed...

I had a long chat with lndmn_01, while he was un-moderated for several hours on the phone, discussing things, and he gave me a logical reason to all my questions..( I reserve the right to investigate such matters, and can un-moderate anyone, or place any members account here on HOLD if needed at any times..)

A few things i will like to bring up, and if anyone has any proof to show that its not how it was, please feel free to PM me with it.

1. No Rc Ips of any members were posted on that chat to my knowlege. If this is not the truth, then please send me a PM with proof so that i can take proper action... No more discussion on this part. lndmn_01 has not got the options to physically delete a post or see any ips to we get to the bottom of this.

2. I can not dictate to lndmn where his sympathy should lay, that is his personal matter. But as long as he is a moderator on Rolclub, he will have to follow our guideline's as any other moderators for following the TOS.
Again i will say, if anyone has any proof of action by any of our mods outside our guidelines, then please feel free to contact me with the proof.

I am not taking any side's. We will only follow our rules. If you have seen un-moderated postings on Rolclub, with hard/bad language for certain members of one group to the other, then please PM any of the super-mods, or use the Report post option, that is why we have such option there in every post.

3. Stop sending me your views unless you have something that proves anything...!!!!

Most think that each 3-4 months we have this conflict of groups on RC due to Dinar not RV'ing... And then as a natural result of the frurstration, all need to blow of some steam. If you havent figured it out yet, then let me be the first one to tell you that RV has started. It started the day new dinars were launched (going from 4000 IDQ=$1 to todays rate 1260IQD = $1, its a slow process that has been taking place and could take several years to be honest.. I want the RV as much as anyone there, but se facts for what they are. Still this is my personal opinion, and i hope i am wrong.)
Still, this does not mean that any of the members are going to make RC a battle ground for such reasons.

Since yesterday, i have received some threats again " I WILL SUE YOU" Go ahead.. Where i come from, your rules does not apply. If anyone thinks this kind of approach would work better, the you may try. We will only follow our TOS, and nothing else...

You can NOT blame Rolclub for a member's postings.... Unless our TOS is violated, the posts will not be removed!!!! Do not give us a lecture about outside TOS for other places.. On rc we do what is in our best interest.

I welcome your views in a respectable tone to each other, in this thread , and proof's (only) in my PM... I do not want to see any postings regarding this matter anywhere else on the forum.

Next person to track of from any topics posted in any thread deliberately, making the threads end up in a caos, will be subject to a BAN, by me....!!

A steam blower thread is posted here: I suggest that if you have some steam to blow you come to this thread only, and do that. Nowhere else on the forum.

If your postings are done in a unrespectable manner and lead to caos in a thread, then its a very easy choice for me honestly. You dont respect our TOS, and therefor will be removed.

Please try to refrain from such postings.. Stay on course with all threads..
Order needs to be reinstated in the whole dinar section of rolclub forum.
And i will do what i have to do to reach that target asap..

Side note about rumor section. If you dont like rumors, dont go inn there.. Those that like it can be there, and stay out of the main threads.. This is why rumor section was made..

Although Lndmn does not post the IP address in the room, you can see that others ask for it in a PM, and how did some of the others get the IP and post what their findings were? Sad to see that our moderator has not done what is in our best interest and leaked an ip of a member to that chat room. No other ips were checked by him yesterday, as i have checked all moderator logs..

Lndmn_01 had me to ban this same exact ip yesterday one of the members is discussing on this chat. That means that there has been a leak of this ip, and all seems like lndmn_01 has fallen for what is in the best interest of this chat, and not conducted his duties as per our TOS for mods.

I am truly sorry for the mess this has caused. lndmn_01 has broken our TOS, and moderator guide. He has been removed from our moderator list for taking sides, and revealing a member ip, which is indeed against our terms of policy....

Anyone wanting to say anything now in defense of lndmn, should rather consider its once again, because if you send me any flaming PM's or posts about my decision to protect our Privacy law's, will have his nick removed, banned, ip banned, email banned as well. This is not something i take lightly, and will not tolerate anyone trying to dictate whats right or wrong.

If you can not, after this proof posted, understand that our TOS/Rules are worth to us like anyone in that chat-room displaying their privacy law's, then your free to leave this forum quietly... Do not try to give me the speech about not posting this text here, when our privacy law's are broken on your chat so openly.. if you dont respect our TOS, you have nothing to do here, and i will make sure you will not stay here, if you voice any such opinion in any threads or rc chat.

There was indeed side taking by you lndmn, and the worst is that you leak ip of a member you ban due to the chat-room talk.
You will no longer serve as our moderator.

Obviously you take sides, and i dont. I run a forum and you dont. One can not take sides when one has to be fair. I see your understanding of the fact's so twisted, (when you did agree to our privacy policy, when you signed up to this forum to be a member). So you want to say that revealing members ips and personal information is good? (or because that messed-up chat room said so?)

Your new status is banned. And i am here all night today to ban 50-100 more like you, if i have to. But i will make this msg clear to all. You do not run this forum and how the TOS/Rules and privacy rights of the members, should be dealth with. Its the administration of RC that does that part..
