I just noticed that Warka have now the online System page ready https://www.warkaonline.com/IBS/index.jsp

But I have not received my log in details yet. Have you ?????

I have.

I sent a request at the beginning of February along with an Authorisation Letter. They will deduct 15,000 dinar from your account annually to use this facility.

If you have not requested online banking with an Authorisation Letter you will not automatically be given online access.

If you have not, then post here and I will post a copy of the Authorisation Letter I sent.

It took about 6 weeks to receive my login details - but that was because they were inundated - I think it may well be alot quicker now.

I would be very grateful if you could copy your Authorisation Letter in there.

Dear Mr I,

I hope this email finds you well.

I have attached a Letter of Authorisation for Online Banking.

I look forward to confirmation of my new username and a password issued to myself in the near future.

Online Banking Authorisation Letter


I, (YOUR NAME), authorise Warka Investment Bank to withdraw an annual fee of 15,000 Dinars from my Dinar Savings Account – (XXXXXX) – to allow (YOUR NAME) with full secure online access to Account – (XXXXXX). Warka Investment Bank must provide (YOUR NAME) with a Username and Password that can be used by (YOUR NAME) to login and benefit from any and all of Warka Investment Bank online Services.

I received my login info way back in August. It worked then, but the system really didn't and it was not secured. I tried to log in recently but was unable. I requested that my password be reset and received this email.

Dear Mr. xxxxx,

As the system has been upgraded and further updated all previous passwords
have been disregarded and new login details will be provided shortly.

hmmm your right. That's odd.

I logged in a couple of days ago with no problem.

I just tried after reading your post and I can't log in now. This is what I get :-

Please Refer To Administrator.....

I don't think that your error is due to login credentials. Sounds like a server error on their side. I just get an invalid password error, so maybe your password is working, but the system isn't.

Ok - thanks - i'll try again later.

They did change/revamp the website a while back - so maybe that is why you can't log in. Being one of the earlier ones who had login details before the upgrade.

If I remember I read in this forum that we won't have to pay 15,000 dinars anymore.

Yep - you're right. I had forgotten that. I sent my information in before that was implemented. Now that I remember - I was never charged the facility fee.
