THE PROJECT:

AL HARIQAH - 130km’s northwest of San’a, Yemen.

To date over $10 million has been spent on exploration, including 162 drill holes totaling over 15,000 meters. Work has shown two parallel zones of gold mineralization 30 to 50 meters wide and a 4+ kilometer strike length. Within the zones there are frequent small pods of high-grade mineralization of up to 200 grams per tonne gold. Mineralization begins at surface remains open at depth. Drilling so far suggests potential for a gold resource 16 million tonnes grading 1.65 g/t gold. There is excellent untested potential to which could significantly expand the deposit.

Yemen is one of the few remaining under explored regions anywhere in the world. Recent exploration activity has uncovered a country rich with mineral deposits. In 1990 Yemen became a democratic republic and is a safe place to do business. The country has since enacted progressive reforms to attract international investment, including strengthening the Mining Act and lowering corporate taxes, under the guidance of the IFC. International companies operating in Yemen include Vale, Total SA, Chevron, BP, Exxon, and Petro-Canada.


AL HARIQAH TERMS:

Cheetah Ventures has entered into a joint-venture agreement with Cantex Mine Development to earn up to a 70% interest in the Al Hariqah gold project. All exploration work to date has been conducted by Cantex, who is the operator of the project. Under the terms of the agreement, Cheetah’s interest will grow by meeting certain objectives on schedule, primarily focused on financing and executing a pre-feasibility study and then bankable feasibility study to move Al Hariqah towards production.


DISCOVERED AND OPERATED BY A WORLD FAMOUS GEOLOGIST:

The Al Hariqah gold deposit was discovered by world famous mine-finder, Charles Fipke. Mr. Fipke is best known as the first geologist to discover diamonds in Canada when he discovered what the Ekati Diamond Mine is now. Ekati has produced over 45 million carats in diamonds so far, and helped establish. Canada as a world leader in diamonds. Mr. Fipke has been profiled on TV by Scientific for his pioneering and proven successful prospecting techniques. He has been actively exploring Yemen since 1996.
