Is there a contract or any small print?

No contract and no small print.
What should I do with the contract with my ****** phone service provider?

You will keep your contract active for now. But you can change it to the minimum service contract that still includes internet access.

Do I need a special phone?

You need a phone that allows internet access and has a browser display. All modern ‘Smart’ ****** have this.
How do I sign up for the service?

Join GWN for free and login to your back office section of the web site. You will see the button to click on to sign up for the free trial.

When you want to continue using the service you login and click on the button to subscribe. You can take the monthly option or save nearly 50% and go for the yearly subscription.
How do I pay for the subscription?

All payments are made via our eWallet service. You create your wallet account and fund it instantly using credit cards. You can also fund your wallet using bank transfer.

When your wallet is funded you can subscribe to the service.
How long does it take to create and fund my wallet account?

Creating your wallet is done in a couple of minutes. Funding is instant when using a credit card. It can take a few days when using the bank transfer option.
Do I get a refund if I do not want to cancel the service after paying the subscription?

The reason we give you a 7 day free trial is to experience our service and decide if this is something you want to use and maybe even promote to others. If you opt to subscribe we assume that you have tried the service and like it. Therefore we do not issue refunds after the subscription has been paid.
How do I make free calls to my contacts?

This is incredibly easy. You simply add your contacts to your special GWN directory. When any of your contacts in the directory are available you will see the symbol beside their name on your directory display. Then you call them!
What happens when I want to call someone in my network but there is no symbol showing that they are available to call for free?

In the unlikely event that you can’t reach someone because they are in a location with no internet connection you can still reach them using GWN direct call service at discounted local rate,
What happens when I want to call a number that is not in my Green Win Network?

Just call the number using our service and make a massive saving on the cost of that call compared to what you would usually pay. The saving is different for each location that you are calling.

You can check our call rates in your telecoms back office section.
What happens when I take my phone to another country and want to make calls?

There are currently only 3 options.

1. Check with your service contract to see if you have data transfer / internet access included for free when you travel.
2. Connect to a wifi or hotspot.
3. Purchase a SIM card locally that includes internet access
Will GWN be extending its’ service to include free calls when travelling in other countries?

Yes we will. GWN will be introducing its own global SIM card with our pre installed service. Simply insert the card and you are ready to use our service around the world with no extra charges…ever!

This service is in development and will be announced as soon as it is ready. So please do not contact us with questions.
Can I really call any ****** /cell number using the GWN service…even all my contacts at home?

Sure you can. In fact the more contacts you invite the better. Check out our Member Reward Program for info on how you earn instant commission just as soon as anyone in your referral network subscribes.
What about landlines; can I use my home or office phone with GWN?

Yes you can. You have the option to use a landline to make free or massively discounted calls. All you need to do is register your number . Then you can make unlimited free or discounted calls to any other phone number in the world.
This sounds too good to be true. There has to be a catch somewhere?

What can we say to that? Just try it at zero risk and then you can decide if it is too good to be true!

How do I make free calls to my contacts?

This is incredibly easy. You simply invite your contacts to use GWN. When any of your contacts have accepted the invitation and are registered for the 7 day free trial you will see in your mobile phone directory when they are available to call for free.

When you see the green symbol beside your contacts name you know that you have direct access to our network and that your contact is reachable via the FREE CALL service.

When you invite your contacts they do not even need to sign up via the web site. They just accept the invitation sent to them via an sms. They then verify their number and that's it. You can now call each other for free.

When you or your contacts wish to continue using the service you need to create an account via the GWN website.

The free trial lets you and your contacts experience the fun of making unlimited free calls GLOBALLY.

Now imagine if you invited only 5 contacts to use the service and they each did the same....and those 25 invited 5 each...and so on through 10 levels of connections.

Telecoms: We expect the service to go live before the end of next week. The 1st service will be for Symbian OS phones follwed days later by Android and Windows OS.

Step 1. Register your mobile phone number in the telecoms section of your back office. This takes only a few seconds to enter your number into the field.


Step 2. Click on the link delivered to your mobile phone. The link is delivered a few seconds after you register your number. This will install the GWN browser onto your mobile phone


Step 3. Verify your number. This process also take a few seconds.


You are now ready to start inviting friends to join in and start making unlimited free calls globally.


In fact when you invite someone using the invite feature they do not even need to go to the web site to register for the trial. They only need to do steps 2 and 3...and then they can invite their contacts. (Viral tidalwave)


They only need to come to the web site (using your referral link) when they are ready to continue using the service after the free trial.

Telecoms: The first telecoms OS platform is completed and tested. The public beta deployment is for Symbian OS phones in the Nokia N and E series.


We were working to bring the free trial online by today but have run out of time in completing some data base and server configuration for the 7 day trial.


We will continue to complete this work next week.


ASAP after the initial symbian deployment we will have the platform completed for most other Symbian phones.



This will be followed by iPhone, Android and Windows OS phones very quickly after the full deployment of the Symbian OS

We expect to have the system working for all phone OS / most models by the end of July.


This will mean over 3 billion phones can use GWN

US patent application number: 61/370,127 was filed with the US patents office on the 3rd August 2010.

News Update 13th August

Payment Gateway: A short hold on allowing mobile number registrations while the new payment gateway is integrated.

AlertPay contacted us Yesterday as they are doing a review of their business verified customers to decide who can accept credit card payments via their gateway.

We have received confirmation today that GWN can now accept VIsa, MasterCard and American Express payments.

The developers noiw need to change the already completed payment gateway to integrate the new payment gateway provided by AlertPay.

The work will take until Tuesday to complete.
