Established Arbitrage Opportunity paying upto 15% weekly

ARBS is now having 3 plans with 8.5%, 10.5% and 15 % weekly payment depending on the quantum of deposit. It has been in existence since 2007.
They are paying upto 15% weekly for deposit starting from $500, whereby one can make $300 in a month's time with a $500 deposit and be in profit at the end of the second month.
I am not aware of any other arbitrage opportunity with similar return. They are constantly in touch with the members too with their updates.
