Want to make $20,000.00 on a $10,000.00 investment in 6 mos?

I am a building a spec home here in S.E. Ga. I have the land, the slab is poured, rough plumbing and electrical is in. I am getting ready to frame it out. I need $10,000.00 to complete the dry in. I invested a LARGE chunk of money in PIPS when all of these problems started. I have all of my money tied up in this house right now. I need $10,000.00 to complete the thing. It is 5500 sqft. It has a pre-construction appraisal at $468,000.00. I will GUARANTEE a return of $20,000.00 for anyone who can invest $10,000.00. I am things4sale, I am/was a verified merchant on Picpay. I invested HUGE money in the merchant business and I have yet to recieve a single penny from them. I would appreciate any investments from my fellow pipsters. I will provide any info required. I will set up any and all documents to satisfy the legal requirements. I am not asking for any handouts. I am in a bind and would reward an investor handsomely.

Wasn't this the merchant that posted in Auspips and elsewhere that he received a "large" withdrawl from PIPS very recently, well before the shut down???

As a builder, with this much evident vlaue in home, you are right to be a little suspicious, this does not add up as I could go to my bank and pull $10K in a heartbeat.

I can vouch for Camden09...he is telling the truth. I introduced him and another friend to PIPS when they started building the house. They saw my enthusiasm for PIPS and went at it with big numbers...unfortunately it has tied up the full investment for a while now. He is a hard worker and a very motivated person. I'm sure if you PM him he will give you his phone number so you can speak to him in person. He also had quite a large Picpay merchant account running and had hundreds of thousands in sales pending but he never received cash from picpay. He is a straight shooter and speaks his mind. Folks in the forum might think he is painfully honest, but he is just like every other pipster.....waiting for a return. I'm not fully aware of the bank situation, but I don't believe the bank is willing to put out another 10k on the construction loan.
