Is anyone a member of HYIPTiming? They claim to investgate funds and then
recommend to members their safest to invest into. There is a one time membership fee.
This is not an investment. They research programs for members and then
give their recommendations.

I am not a member, but wish to know if anyone is and what is your thinking
about them.

And it is free, here you will also see trackrecords on different investments and programs.
