After some technical issues, CTI is up and going. I've aleady started to cycle, and folks this looks like the real deal. This is still considered ground floor. They want to be around a long time, that's why they are in the USA. Plus, they are not letting the big hitters come in and monopalize the whole thing. So they limit the number of purchases one can make.

Don't miss this one just because you don't take a minute and do yoyr due dilligence.

They are still working the kinks out! But i've alresdy had a bunch cycle!

Since we have launched, there seems to be a slew of new Members Frequently Asked Questions.

1. The site is moving really slow or I can't even get in. What is up with the site?
2. How often will we cycle?
3. How come I haven't cycled yet?
4. What are the steps a new person needs to do to get started?
5. I submitted a request for withdrawal. How long will it take?
6. I have been doing my Daily Requirement ads and it isn't registering right.

Slow moving site
I am sorry about the site being so slow and sometimes timing out.
The programmers claim that the problem is that there is so many actions that are 'backlogged' because of so many Ad Packs being purchased.
We think that we have already outgrown the server we are on. It may be fine for the average business, but you see how far we have progressed since Tuesday's launch. We are in the process of getting a HUGE server. It should be up and running by the weekend.
Just keep trying to get in.

How often will I cycle?
There is no way to tell how often you will cycle. It has many factors that determine the speed of the matrix. Once a month should be the least amount but there is no guarantees.

How come I haven't cycled yet?
The matrix moves from one spot to the next and completes the cycles left to right, top to bottom. You will cycle when your Ad Pack is next to cycle. You can see what Ad Pack number is next to cycle on your home page above your list of Ad Packs. Everyone has to wait their turn, so to speak. There are thousands of cycles each day, it won't be too long.

Steps for New Members
There will be a new Welcome Email that new members will get that will include what they need to do.

1. Log into the Members Area and update Profile. That would include SS#/EIN# and Withdraw Password. If they already have STP/AP they should fill that out too.
2. Set up a STP/AP account if they don't have one already. (I will include links to the sites.)
3. Fund e-wallet.
4. Start Subscription.
5. Watch video about Members Area.
6. Watch video about Daily Requirements. (I know that this isn't in the back office yet, but it will be by Friday evening.)

In the Welcome email now, it already has the link to sign up for the CTI Update System.

Withdrawals
Every evening, I will be doing Payouts for the withdrawal requests that I have received since the previous evening. Before you do a withdrawal request, double check your Profile to make sure you have set up your Payment Processor correctly and that it is saved correctly. If it didn't save which processor, I will not get the request and I will not be able to pay you. If you have put in a request more than 30 hours ago, double check your Profile to see if the Payment Processor is showing which processor you want. Make sure you put your AlertPay email address in or your SolidTrustPay username in too.

Daily Requirements
The Daily Requirements are not required at this time. We have given everyone a two week grace period until it actually required. That way we can do a live training on how to do it easily. We will be doing a Live Training on Thursday, May 3rd at 9 PM EST on how to do the Daily Requirements. The training will be recorded and put in the back office under both Daily Requirements and under Trainings.
At this time, the Daily Requirements isn't hooked up to our system yet. The pages are there, but not the Step 3.
