Hi all, I think there could be great oppertunity in each of these venues, but still am way to hesitante to front any monies, at least until I have reviewed some type of formadible business plan and met with the organizers. Would like more insight on future goals and projected earnings. Great ideas work, but they need hords of information to back them up.

You sound like a serious & potential Investor where the money is with the mouth.... and you ought to be too for being cautious and doing your DD first & foremost.
With that line you emphasized...I can't agree more with you and then comes the next step...how certain can we be with your serious interests?
On the Realty side, we have a viable and successful option for you which is NOT an online sort of venture or business but a brick & mortar business where MORE meets the eye than your imagination can hold out....
I have not, for the far too many and obvious reasons in highlighting or aggressively promoting our booming side of Real Estate businesses on this Forum or anywhere else...Why???
There is no real need, for that is not how our business is run nor does it depends on.... Internet Investors namely, on the contrary.
With the exception of this Forum, and with the knowledge of the fact, that most members here are somewhat, looking for some good but affordable means, and being victims of an earlier large scam with much heavier losses, feeling financially depleted, I know I will be rubbing it in by promoting extensively and its also something our company actually does not rely on... but still, the individual out there decides... if he has the money or not... who knows? Hello, friends of Rolclub. I am a member for a long time, but have been absent for a while, being very busy with new things.
The programs you are promoting are interesting, especially the portalplan. However, I find the diesel tank rather innovative and has great possibilities as well, both privately as well as from a commercial point of view.
Would like to hear more about these in the near future.

There are two things I am invloved in presently, and both spell good opportunities:
1. The first, but not necessarily the primary one, is a ********* company that started in November of last year and is entering the internet with some pretty amazing products. They are looking for partners in an interesting way.
To learn more about it see below.
2. The second is an investment club, now under a new name with the same people, having had a group steel their CC name, hoping they will pay out big bux, which they didn't of course, but they had to start all over again.
The name of the company is attached to a radio network, while operating separately: They offer interesting investment programs of real companies (not Hyips), and I have seen them to be very legally founded. Their ideas are amazing and if you are interested, take a look.

The only programs still out there are the lower paying ones like ICC and PIU. Yes, 7 to 12% a month is not what we all want to see but it is the most stable: I am all for this part of the plans.

I find this all very interesting. I will keep looking around here and click on more site. This investing beats MLM all to heck and back. You don't have to have a down line. That part I like very much. Since I am low on funds most of the time, getting in with small groups would be good for me. Any suggestions?
