Xceltrading is an unlisted investment fund that focuses on trading INDICES, STOCK and COMMODITIES futures. We concentrate mainly but not exclusively in Emerging Markets (e.g. Eastern Europe, India, South America, etc)
Our goal with this website is to build a larger fund than is possible through use of our own funds and those of personally introduced investors. Our Trading goal is to extract maximum profits in the shortest time by capturing Intra-day volatility in highly liquid INDICES and STOCK futures.
All our trading is done electronically using several different trading platforms that we employ as each market tends to be better serviced by providers specifically focused on those markets. We feel that with mine and my colleagues collective trading skills we can establish a sizable but nimble INDEX futures fund.

We analyze eight different parameters to enable us make more profitable trades.
We Analyze Trends Trend describes the persistence of prices to move in a particular direction over a certain period of time.We never trade against the trend.
We Analyze Direction Direction within a trend describes whether a particular stock or commodity is flowing with the trend or retracing against the trend.
We Analyze Market Strength Market strength describes the level of interest in a company. Higher volumes indicate more participants and therefore more strength.
We Analyze Momentum Momentum describes the speed at which prices move over a certain period of time. Changes in momentum tend to preempt changes in price.
We Analyze Volatility Volatility describes the magnitude of day-to-day price fluctuations. Changes in volatility tend to preempt changes in price.
We Analyze Cycles Some securities show a tendency to move in cycle patterns. Price changes can frequently be anticipated at key cyclical intervals.
We Analyze Support & Resistance Support and Resistance describes the phenomenon of prices repeatedly rising and falling between certain prices levels. When price penetrates support or resistance levels, they tend to establish new support and resistance levels.
We Analyze Patterns Patterns describe recognizable shapes on a stock chart. Certain patterns preempt changes in price.

CEO Steven J Nesburn
Steven j Nesburn holds a BA in Economics from Gettysburg College.
He began his financial career with Citibank Capital Markets specialising in arbitrage and proprietary trading of Financial Derivatives.
He worked in the Sales and Product Development groups at Morgan Stanley Managed Futures from 1997-1999 and as a Futures and Options Broker for Refco (NY) from 1999-2003.
He has traded privately since then specialising in Futures Trading and constructing Portfolio Investments to meet the profile of individual accounts.
CFO Ernesto Reyes
Ernesto Reyes holds a BA in Economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
He began his career with TCG International, a telecommunications consulting engineering practice responsible for the deployment of over sixty international projects. The firm was successfully sold to Price Waterhouse.
From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Reyes served as a portfolio manager for Tudor Investment Corporation, where he managed a leveraged portfolio of stocks, bonds, commodities and currency instruments. He also worked for Bellwether Futures, a subsidiary of Tudor, at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange from 1990 to 1992.
Prior to co-founding Xceltrading, from 1998 until 2003 he was with Graham Capital Management where he served in various capacities including portfolio manager of a global macro portfolio.
XCELTRADING.COM specializes in trading trading INDEX futures contracts. We also trade Stock and Commodity futures when opportunities for profit are presented. As part of your overall investment strategy, we provide the discerning investor with a fund structure to access the higher returns that futures trading provides, without having to devote the time or develop the expertise required for fulltime trading.
Why futures?
There are many inherent advantages of trading futures over other investment alternatives such as savings accounts, stocks, bonds, options, real estate and collectibles.
1. High Leverage. The primary attraction, of course, is the potential for large profits in a short period of time. The reason that futures trading can be so profitable is the high leverage. To own a futures contract an investor only has to put up a small fraction of the value of the contract as margin. In other words, the investor can trade a much larger amount of the security than if he bought it outright, so if he has predicted the market movement correctly, his profits will be multiplied (ten-fold on a 10% deposit). This is an excellent return compared to buying and taking physical delivery in stocks.
2. Profit in both bull & bear markets. In futures trading, it is as easy to sell (also referred to as going short) as it is to buy (also referred to as going long). By choosing correctly, you can make money whether prices go up or down. Therefore, trading in the futures markets offers the opportunity to profit from any potential economic scenario. Regardless of whether we have inflation or deflation, boom or depression, hurricanes, droughts, famines or freezes, there is always the potential for profit making opportunities.
3. Sell without owning. In the futures markets, unlike the cash markets, you can sell stocks without actually owning or having them in your account. Shorting stock or index in futures has no such restrictions. Going short is just as easy as going long.
4. Lower transaction cost. Another advantage of futures trading is much lower relative commissions. Your commission for trading a futures contract is usually one tenth of a percent (0.10-0.20%). Commissions on individual stocks are typically as much as one percent for both buying and selling.
5. High liquidity. Most futures markets are very liquid, i.e. there are huge amounts of contracts traded every day. This ensures that market orders can be placed very quickly as there are always buyers and sellers for most contracts.
