Very true, but if (when) everything is cleared, they will need to be held accountable for their actions. Fortunately, the law will be completely on PIPS's side and proper, legal punishment could be dished out.Originally Posted by everwiser

Last year Universal Boards demanded that Heise removed the script, which it did, but the publisher refused to sign a formal obligation. Universal Boards then asked the district court to issue a temporary restraining order. The legal fight continued until last week, when the judge handed down his final ruling.
Legal experts now fear that because of the ruling, lawyers will be seeking damages from moderators who they believe are breaking the law. Heise says it will appeal the ruling.®Last edited by YogiBrood; 27-04-2006 at 10:17 AM.

Whats pathetic is that the hosts are turning off the site based on no grounds. Sad to see that even false complains can get site turned off. Most hosts usually don't do this. Oh well
But getting the site back up once he has a new server should be pretty quick. Usually restoring backups will be easy.

Think out of the box...
what Bryan is trying to accomplish is bigger than anything ever done before...
his enemies are threatened by it, and are very aggressive because of it.

It isn't that big, and lots of things have been done bigger than that. This is no where near taht magnitude.
His enemies aren't threatened by it, but they are those types of people who can't see anyone prosper or be in peace. Even if this program was nothing, if those people could find a way to hurt others, they would.

Is it possible to contact the Host and discover why it is being shut down?

It's no wonder Bryan doesn't share information with members. I wouldn't either.

Sharing information has nothing to do with this.
Even if Bryan had not said a word, what happened can easily happen

Maybe we should return the favor to Talkcrap and cause him a few problems and shut them down. If they can do it to Bryan, we should return the favor.
