I hope Bryan reads and clear this because we do not want have negative impact on HA Lotto performance.
Is grasping at straws, the last communication he supposedly had with Anjuoan was with Mr Lecler, who has been removed from his post and is now being disclaimed by the Anjuoan Authority.
This is the third time since 2000 that there has been a change there after they went for their independence from Comoros with quite a bit of political uprest.
This also a mute point due to the recurring events in Anjouan and the fact that I can obtain a license at a much lower cost, I am changing jurisdictions, which I am not going to publish here.
Lecler also got the needle because I would not renew with them and published HA lotto as a fraud on BCI's website. In essence they say if you do not do business with them you are a fraud. What a load of BS.
