I have dynamic IP. Do I get ban?

NO! You don't get ban for dyanmic IP. Dynamic IP is a range of IPs that the ISP provides to an user. No other users can use those IPs so you don't have to worrie.
I travel around the world. Is that a problem?

Somehow... If your country (detected from IP) changes more than 5 times (5 different countries) the script will ban you. This is against those users that use TOR or other proxies like that. Sorry for the honnest users that travel around the world. If you are in that sittuation, contact us and we'll check your account.
I told a friend to register on WaveBux. Why isn't he my referral?

Did you asked him to register trought your referral link? If not, we can't guess who's invited by you and who not :)
OR
Did he visited the site before from another referral link? If he visited the site beore, a cookie was saved on his PC with the name of the first referral.
