Q:What is Valuebux
A:
Valuebux is a new innovative, international and FREE English based service. Our service gives advertisers the unique opportunity to expose their advertisement to thousands of potential members by displaying their advertisement on our website. Registered users view those advertisements to earn money and work their way up to cash out.
Q: How to contact Valuebux?
A:
We can be reached via "Contact", open a ticket and we'll try to respond to your query within 2-3 business days.
Q: Business hours

10.00 am till 6.00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday except public holidays.
Q: How does it work?
A:
You view websites on "Surf Ads" page. You have to wait a specific time determined by the advertiser, once the loading bar is complete, you'll either get a green tick sign or a red 'X'. The green tick sign means you've earned up to $0.015 (depending on your membership type). The 'X' means you have not earned money for the visit. You'll get red X's when you have more than one website from the "Surf Ads" page open. When this happens, you get no credit.
Q: How much can I make from my referrals?
A:
Our current pay rate is:

* Standard members get $0.01 per website they visit and $0.005 per website their referral(s) visit.
* Premium members get $0.0125 per website they visit and $0.0075 per website their referral(s) visit.
* Golden members get $0.015 per website they visit and $0.01 per website their referral(s) visit.


* As a Standard Member you are limited to 25 direct referrals.
* As a Premium Member you are limited to 50 direct referrals.
* As a Golden Member you can have UNLIMITED direct referrals!

Q: Are we related to Buxout.com?
A:
Certainly not, Buxout.com sold us the design and script (we recoded the script and made it a PHP5 framework) after we offered them a good sum of money.

How do I get paid?
A:
If you have at least $5 accumulated, you can click on "Request Payment" within Member's Area and it will submit your request. We currently only support AlertPay as payment processor, but PayPal will certainly be added very soon.
Q: When do I get paid?
A:
You can request for payment once you have reached the minimum payout. Your payment will be processed automatically and issued via AlertPay instantly unless AlertPay is having technical difficulties it may take longer.
Q: My network, school or ISP all use the same or randomly used IP addresses, can I join?
A:
Please do not join from schools or networks. They most likely share the same IP adresses and could result in a conflict if someone else joins from that same place.
