Contacted the admin, and he said he's working on a ***** new/ unique script that he plans to implement in the near future.
For now it seems to be running on a modified YOB 3 script.
You need firefox to use the script at the moment, but admin is working on that problem.

Admin ALSO plans to up the minimum ads to at least 15 soon.

Premium Member:
Extra $0.0025 per Clicks (Refferal and Own)
Soon, more adverts + a higher minimum available (maybe 20 minimum)
Costs $40 for 1 Year
Not too shabby, but not great, i'm sure it will be made better soon enough

Most adverts are affiliated, so the site should be relatively self sufficient + stable.
I think you should all go ahead and join, it looks promising.
