Hi Homepages-Friends users, As some of you maybe aware we are behind with payments. We are struggling to cope with the amount of people that we have to pay as we have to review each account and then process the payment. We are working on automating this system for future payments but at this time it is mostly a manual and time consuming task. All payments will be paid but these payments may take a few weeks. There is no excuse apart from us being slow at getting the payments out. We ask that you please be patient whilst we work through the backlog of payments and we assure you that everyone will be paid that is due payment.

! 12 September 2008 21:59 System Upgrade
As you will be aware we have become behind with payments and we have struggled to cope with the number of users we have to pay. As of today we have now gone live with a major software update to our internal systems. This allows us to process payments a lot faster. Yesterday it took 32 minutes to process a payment block - when we ran it this afternoon it took 59 seconds! We really do appreciate the patience of our customers and we would like to assure all of you that we are getting on top of things and working hard to get payments out. A number of payments went out today and our finance department will be working over the weekend and into next week to continue to make these payments. Julie

Thanks for your patience! To update you we have processed ALL UK bank payments due for the period to July 31st 2008. Check your HPF account and you will see the amount of the bank transfer that is either already in your bank account *or* will be after 15/9/08. There are a few people whose bank details where input incorrectly and we will be e-maling them to ask you to correct the error. Tomorrow we will be preparing the files and payments for non-UK bank accounts and Paypal accounts. These will then be processed to your accounts over the next week *or* so. Again thanks for your patience and as previously advised our the software update we installed will help us get up to date as soon as possible.
