I logged on 8/4/06 and was told the Freebie was closed. You should have set an end date in your original posting.

Paul777, your offer is kind and I hope it is true as to it's veracity claimed by you, since 3%+ all teh way to 9% is a big chunk and risky to keep as a promise. However, being you offer us this free, those from PIPS, I would like to take advantage of it.
