Housing Starts

U.S. MBA Market Index fell 14.4% at 713.6; Last Week 833.3; U.S. MBA Purchase Index fell 5.0% at 179.2; Last Week 188.7; U.S. MBA Refinance Index fell 16.5% at 3,831.0; Last Week 4,587.7.

Building Permits (MoM):
Building Permits rose 0.5% to 550K Rate in October.

Housing Starts (MoM):
September Housing Starts Revised to -4.2% from +0.3%; U.S. October Housing Starts fell 11.7% to 519K; Compared to Consensus of a decrease by 1.6%.

CPI (MoM):
U.S. October Annual Core CPI Hits 0.6%, Lowest Level on Record; U.S. Real Average Weekly Earnings rose 0.3% in October; U.S. October CPI Energy Prices rose 2.6%; Food Prices rose 0.1%; U.S. October CPI Ex-Food & Energy Unchanged; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.1%; U.S. October CPI Unrounded rose 0.232%; Core fell 0.007%; U.S. October Consumer Prices rose 0.2%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.3%.
