Yes, that's a human trait we are borne with and thats a gift too... dreaming can be an everlasting wonderful experience, sometimes hurtling one as far back as the 2nd WW or for those that likes visiting museums of prehistoric mammals...it can be Jurassic Park with mammoth payout programs as well...

I am not trying to tell you what to do with your money, but I am letting people know if you do "invest" what will happen. I know it may be hard to believe, but there are people who $45 or even $30 is something they can ill afford to lose, especially chasing the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. It is these people that I am addressing to say "think," get all the facts you can before "investing." If then they still "invest" they have only themselves to blame when it doesn't happen.
It doesn't take long putting just $30 into programs before all those programs start to become "real" money, and you have lost it all. Money that could have been better spent providing a return on your investment that will help you when you retire. Money that cannot be made up after lost for many people.
Belle: Here's the deal. You give me $45, get all your friends to give me $45, and they get all their friends to give me $45, etc., and I'll tell you I will pay you $80,000. I cannot tell you who I will invest the money with, for that is confidential, I will not give you any addresses or phone numbers or contact people because that is confidential, I will not give you a set date when I will pay you and all those other people $80,000 because that is confidential; and last but not least I want all your personal and banking information before I do pay you and all those others $80,000. Want my bank account information where to send the money?

I appreciate your statements, and I came here late for a specific reason. There were plenty of people already here giving the warning signs. I came because I knew the first 100,000 policies was the first phase, and there would be a second phase, which has now allowed 250,000 more policies to be purchased. My intent was to warn people not to invest in these additional policies, as I felt many had already made the case against investing in the first phase. Besides, the people pimping these scams didn't go away either and they still continue to pimp this scam. By the way, there will be a third phase too. I was merely pointing out their new lies. I hope now you understand.
As to saving the world from other scams, what makes you think I am not? But you are right, there are hundreds of them born every week. Kind of hard to keep up with all of them. But back to my point. I may be doing far more than you realize in stopping these scams. Maybe if enough people started helping in exposing these scams, there wouldn't be so many new ones popping up.
I do appreciate your post and I thank you for it.

In LynnRE's defense, I have to say, kalin, that you maybe have a distorted version of who Lynn or anyone else in here is capable of knowing.
We don't have a "Scam Opening" alarm on our computers. We can't be standing over every scam artist and watch while he scams the first 50 people. Why? Because nobody knows they're doing it until people start posting about it.
Why didn't you stop it?
There are no internet police to keep the place criminal and scam-artist free. Would be wonderful if there were, because then I and LynnRE and other people like us would have a lot more time to devote to our interests than spend hours doing due diligence.
If EVERYBODY using the net, would learn how to do due diligence investigation, and reverse fast at the sign of ANY red flags. the scammers would pack up and leave.
So, don't blame Lynnre that it took him so long. Blame yourself for not doing your own proper investigation.

one other note... I do not join these programs anymore. This one is leftover from when it came out, was it two years ago? Anyway, I don't have the money or the energy to do it anymore plus I know there are other good avenues out there if you do your DD on them... So just to let everyone know, I hope this works, I still have some wishful thinking left, but I don't think it is a probabilty, but time will tell and I will not drag along with it for a long long time either!
............. ;)

Hmmm-should have stated that for the second phase with your first post and i could have guranteed it that most people would have believed you.Anyway will see what 3rd phase wil unfold for us.Talking about scams and saving people from them-you can not stop people falling into them.It is actually better for them to get burnt once or twice,so next time maybe they will think before investing or doing some DD.The falacy of saviour idea is that everybody is his saviour and does not need to be saved against its will.Thats why saying something 50 times is not better that saying it 5 times. So is much more productive to see what attracts people to scammers and try to resolve these psycology problems than to fight with all the scammers in the world. And you can not win it cause all the financial system is one big SCAM.Just one fact-1% of the people have 90% of resourses and money in the world.Makes me laugh.Political system is also SCAM-at least here i wont give exapmples they are everywhere.Church is one of the biggest scams also-it may be more productive to fight with them and not with small scams which are result of bigger ones.Good luck

Hmmm, Kalin oh Kalin... somehow, you took the context quite amazingly, juggled it with the way you want to see and understand but threw out the principles of logic just to point in another direction on other areas faulting too....
It can get confusing after awhile at which direction one should heed with...
The easiest sample to relate is one that never fails to awash the blurred perception after a refreshing splash of cold water on one's face...so hear goes...
That fact that when you take a bath or shower, whichever is convenient, you do so not once to cleanse off whatever is needed to be removed, and say, ONCE is enough...or I'll get tired of it in no time and whats the point ....? WHAT is THE POINT here...I'll still get messed with grime even after the next few hours...right?
That's where the point is Kalin....and you don't need anyone to remind you for the many years you took to bath yourself to rid off the dirt...it just becomes necessary, to feel fresh and feeling good...ONCE again and you did it on your own, no one needs to remind you about it, esp not from one's parent if one is zooming into the 60's.... .
Anyone like LynnRE is just a messenger...don't shoot his feet for happening to pass this way...be fortunate, it's just a second opinion that spells out an option... but its you who have to decide your fate with your money and what a shame to let it be lost out to one's stubborn pride for not to heed a cautionary advise that is FOC.
Many of us bit the dust by scamming programs but if we had the opportunity for some early warning to have come by in good time, we would have saved our bucks from being wasted...so why get all agitated or upset at the Messenger? Treat him as a passing cloud...yes you can... Alleluyah for that!!!
Hence, you still need to carry on with your life and dilemma if you ignore the signals of truth and disregard the potholes waiting ahead of your journey that you could actually avoid...that is what it's all about... it's indeed a choice you make, NOT Lynn's.

I thank everyone who is contributing to this interesting and intelligent discussion. I think Kalin you are making some good points and have a right to express your frustration in hearing the same thing over and over. I also applaud you Lynn, because your posts are getting better and if you need repeat it over and over, so be it... All I can say is, I'm glad the level of discussion here is getting better. I do agree though if one has to get burned by their own poor judgement it is a very good way to learn your lesson, although not the only way to avoid making a mistakes in the future or at any one moment in time ........~*
