moncheri: I understand where you are coming from with your comments, and I appreciate your viewpoint.

Guess when you have been called all the derogatory names I have been called by chicosan, not only in this thread but on other threads and forums; his constant promotion of this program, while claiming not to be a member; he has all the answers (his claim not mine), but now cannot seem to find the time to provide them to legitimate questions; I have to question did he really believe all he was saying, or was it just a ploy to dupe more people into this program? He certainly hasn't been here with any "facts" in response to all the "facts" that have been presented that have exposed this program as being nothing but a scam. Doesn't it seem odd to you that for someone who claimed to "know" so much, was vouching for this program as being real, would now totally disappear when serious questions are being raised and not be able to answer them; or even want to?

I know you are a member. This is not about those that have already joined, but about those who are ready to put even more money into this program when the first phase hasn't paid out when promised. There will be more delays, and of course outside the control of the admin, but stella will tell a good story. True the initial amount of money wasn't that large. But when you add it up as a group, they stole a lot of money. They wanted to keep the dollar amount down individually so legal action would hopefully not be taken by individuals when it does fold, and it will fold. In the meantime, they have gotten wealthy off the "little guy," which I thought was the very ones they were out to help. Excuse me if I don't want that kind of help.

As the old saying goes, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink." It certainly applies here. People were warned this was a scam. What they did with that warning was up to them. Some listened, others did not. In the end you are only responsible for your own actions. When people set out to deliberately and intentionally steal from others, even if it is only $30 a person, it is still stealing. All the platitudes or excuses won't change that fact.

The mere fact all the supporters of this program are no longer here should be speaking volumes to all of you. More so than anything I or anyone else could say. I do wish you all the best, but hopefully you have a better understanding of why I have been calling them out. You don't have to accept it, but now you know why.

You don't understand, this is not for everyone. Only those "special" 100,000 who qualified for this program are eligible for these addtional 250,000 policies. There was so much demand, from these 100,000, wanting more policies the "investors" of these programs, out of the goodness of their hearts, made these available.

Now let's ask a simple question: Just how many insurance pension plans do you think there are in the world today? Now let's then ask another question: How many of these policies (in the world) are for the exact same dollar amount, and have the same maturity value?

Now does anyone really believe there are 100,000 let alone 250,000 more for a total 350,000 policies?

Maybe someone can contact Warren English on this and see what he has to say. Especially since he is biggest pimp on pension plan scams. Maybe contact his friens Uwe Mossakowski from Deutschland? What do you say MO? Sprechen Sie Warren English?

Let's see, first it was Norway, then Finland that said that GPP was not licensed in their countries. Would anyone be surprised that they aren't licensed in Canada, the U.S., England, Ireland, Denmark either? Just asking.

Canada is unlikely. Since Warren English is disallowed from doing practically anything with money for at least another 8 years. And his buddy, Chicosan apparently can't handle respecting a town By-law, let alone a Federal Law.

He apparently owns a trailer park/gravel pit. He hosts hunting/fishing trips. Maybe they fish in the gravel pit and he convinces the tourists that it's a real lake. Who knows? Sounds exotic. Also sounds like he would be an expert on insurance, too. And banking.

I didn't join this, and the thing that stopped me flat at the time was a line in the FAQ's about 'keeping quiet' and "staying under the authorities radar", which says to me , quite clearly, "This is a scam. Please don't stop us from fleecing you for $35."
