Yes, that would be interesting, but quite honestly, I highly doubt that they would let anyone know if no one were to sign up.
My guess is that they would start the "imaginary counter" counting down the supposed remaining available positions in hopes that people would feel pressed to hurry up and send their money before missing the opportunity.
Voluntarily of course!

Wow, an extra 250,000 policies..
Seems like a stall tactic or milking extra bucks out of current members.
I wonder where this bank is going to get 160K(350k policies) = $56 Billion to pay for these policies. That's more capital that most of the top 10 banks in the world has. You ought to read this:

redskies: Great points you raised regarding the bank having enough money to pay out all this money, and still have the required reserves to continue their other banking services. Would ask chicosan, paulm, pipsreal or mrspock to answer, but they seem to have "vanished" from the forum. I mean after all none of us "naysayers" really know what we are talking about, so I thought they would want to be here explaining and straightening us out on our not understanding how this works. Now you don't suppose they are arranging the deck chairs on this sinking ship do you? Guess we won't know since none of them have the "b***s to show their faces here.

The tell-tale signs are already apparent and whether it fails in February with more fibs on their wall or preposterously proposing new policies to be presented up to 750K... it only makes "cents" worthy for those who are easily fooled by their fabled denominations with ridiculous claims and payouts!!!
After all we had been through with the PIPS saga (as it still hasn't end as yet), there will be for some quarters that just can't see the light of day with these masters of manipulation on ppls money and their sheer ignorance!

why don't you just leave them alone? I don't like hearing all this fighting and if they come back there will be more. Personally I would like to have a good day whether a program is deemed a scam or not, wouldn't you?
