Greed is usually the core of most problems.... and today, that same human trait can be linked with the Credit Card thieves originating (as alleged by the Dutch Fraud Dept with the Police) mainly with the Russian Mob. Its on headlines News today and even a documentary is hurriedly brought into tonights prime time TV telecast to highlight the masses on this steep, growing trend with Dutch households... that visits Forums, chat rooms, online software and hardware shops making all sorts of incredible offers... so be careful!
Fairly easy to gain by the simple fact that many online software services are actually "poorly" protected (its a security cost & nightmare for low budget businesses) and the Netherlands is certainly no exception. Many wants to start a snappy, qik online biznuz... get a domain registered, self design with the least knowledge on MYQSL script and thereabouts and they go offering the cheapest things to the craziest items for unbelievable prices or offers... but, they fail on security on Clients and/or customers esp. when U R asked to first register....making it look all pro and ready like a Corporate business!!!
Stealing gathered information just from that proportion is now causing untold misery by ppl who thought they were ever so careful... well, wait till you get to this sophisticated & dubious "Stellar size lying machine" on the Net with his/her GPP set-up....
There's MORE to it than meets the eye... maybe not immediately for some few thousands thinking... "nothing happened as yet, so whats all the fuss & farce about....??"
Crooks had also learn abit from Confucius... to be patient with their prized victims' innocence... naive ones especially.

Agreed,
Here is how I just got burned, so watch your credit card statements online at least every few days, don't wait for paper statement which is over a month old by the time you get it. I had a couple test charges, so small were the amounts, you may miss them at first. Turns out this is how they validate cards are real and hot, so they sell them for higher price, so watch out.
The moment you see a .92 cent or couple dollar charge, cancel your card for you are going to be hit by a larger charge within the next few days, so don't ignore those small charges that you may overlook as a typical bank fee, especially if you traval as you get hit for conversion fees like I see, so the test charges can easily get lost on paper statement as we tend to look for large irregular charges, not the smallest ones. With credit card numbers being pushed by the millions, this is no small problem, so you better watch your balances online, don't rely on paper statments every month.
Good luck to all, Mike

Surprised this was not posted earlier, but here's the latest from Stella. Please note I have bolded the most important part of her update:
20th of November, 2008
Deadline & General update
Dear GPP Members,
First of all, the most important figures of the week:
76.001 (or 76% from the required 100.000 sets of documents)
This means the last two weeks have brought in 3440 new sets of documents! These figures are highly encouraging! Extremely well done, thank you! If we now keep up the good work, we will without a doubt reach...
The Final Deadline: 31st of January 2009
During the last week and half we have been closely in touch with the insurance company and the financier of this project and agreed the final deadline to be set on the above mentioned date. The current turbulent financial climate has created a great pressure to finish the program as soon as possible. This date is absolute and means, that we MUST reach the initially set target of 100.000 qualified members. Otherwise the program closes without payout.[/
Hence, we keep the email address open for the incoming sets of documents (ID copy and the Membership Agreement), as well as the sign up form open for new sign ups.
We have absolutely no possibility to keep waiting for the documents only from the current members. That's too unstable and dangerous for the success of GPP. At that point it doesn't matter if we succeed because of the burst of new members, or the activation of the current ones. The only figure that matters right now is 23.999! That's how many sets of documents are still to be delivered!
Some members have been confused and found it dramatic that our forum has been taken down and replaced by the simple message board. The reason for this action was the countless login problems when members trying to access the forum through the member area. We have absolutely no resources dealing with these minor issues, which are not taking us any closer to the payout. All possible resources have been tied up with the insurance company to check and cross-check the documents. Another reason for removing the actual discussion forum was the security and disinformation problems. Some outsiders had gained access there and were sabotazing our memberbase by publishing absolute rubbish causing confusion and panic.
Email support has been reduced to the lowest possible level because of the reasons mentioned above, i.e. all the resources has been concentraded on processing the documents.
Please note the decreased sign up fee of 20EUR!
We will keep you posted and updated!
Regards,
Stella
Now you all know when this will end, unless they decide to run it a little longer to see how many more policies they can sell before pulling the plug. I wouldn't be surprised to have them say, we are so close that we are extending the deadline until the end of February so this can pay out, and then vanish. Of course it will be all the member's fault they didn't reach the 100,000. So just be ready to take the blame for the failure of the program.
Actually they could come up with 99,999 and they could still walk away since the magical number of 100,000 wasn't hit. Another question for all you faithful: How do you know how many documents really have been received, and how many members there really are in GPP? Other than Stella's word on it of course. Since she hasn't hit an update yet on time, and GPP hasn't hit one of their deadlines yet on time, what makes you believe Stella when she says how many docs's have been received? Just curious.

"This date is absolute and means, that we MUST reach the initially set target of 100.000 qualified members. Otherwise the program closes without payout."
That alone ought to convince a few of how fraudulent this program is.
Most likely, "without payout" means no one sees even their initial investment returned.
I suppose that could be justified because the business operating costs ate up all of the initial investments and any interest earned.
I wonder how many will hurry and try to help alleviate the "supposed" shortfall?
I hope the program hangs around a little longer.....
"Mess around and mess around and pretty soon you won't be around".
Snap!

Perhaps... if some guerillas in South America will be offered a bounty... they might for a change, do a good service to the opposing Govts there in crossing far beyond their own borders and go after this one Stella dude... like what has recently happened... with the Panamanian Authorities extraditing the Head of a Pyramid scheme of another nearby country and all properties seized as well...
I wonder, if and when they have finished with that lone "chief" after the court sessions and imprisonment and if there is any flesh left for the skewers, the public waiting outside for payback would like to relish on...
Stella would make a nice Swedish dish after all....
