Jobless Claims Dip

U.S. Week of October 9 Jobless Claims Revised to 475K from 462K; U.S. Week of October 9 Continuing Claims fell 9K to 4,441,000; U.S. Jobless Claims fell 23K to 452K in Week ended October 16; Compared to Survey of a decrease by 7K.

Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Index:
Philadelphia Fed October Inventories fell 18.6 versus September decrease by 16.7; Philadelphia Fed October Delivery Times fell 0.3 versus September decrease by 4.1; Philadelphia Fed October Shipments 1.4 versus September decrease by 7.1; Philadelphia Fed October New Orders fell 5.0 versus September decrease by 8.1; Philadelphia Fed October Employment 2.4 versus September 1.8; Philadelphia Fed October Price Received fell 9.0 versus September decrease by 13.9; Philadelphia Fed October Price Paid 31.5 versus September 9.8; Philadelphia Fed October Business Index Expected 2.0; Philadelphia Fed October Business Index 1.0 versus September decrease by 0.7.
