U.S. MBA Refinance Index rose 21.0% at 5,060.3; Last Week 4,180.8; U.S. MBA Purchase Index fell 8.5% at 181.8; Last Week 198.7; U.S. MBA Market Index rose 14.6% at 897.2; Last Week 782.6.

Import Price Index (MoM):
U.S. September Import Prices fell 0.3%; Compared to Consensus of a decrease by 0.1%; U.S. September Non-Petroleum Import Prices rose 0.3%; U.S. September Petroleum Import Prices fell 3.1%.
