I am trying to access my egold acct. so that I may enter another program that only accepts egold. My problem is, I can get to the home page but when I click on Access Account, I get page cannot be displayed. Been this way for 2 days now. I have cleaned out my cookies and my cache, but still cannot get in. Any suggestions?

Which browser are you using? I've been in today using Firefox. You might make sure that all of your browser updates are "up-to-date". Also, you might run a virus scan just to verify that you haven't picked up a bug in the last couple of days. If you've installed anything new in the last couple of days, you could uninstall it and see if your problem clears. I'm sorry if all of this is vague but it's all I can come up with at the moment.

I am running firefox also. I will try the virus scan, maybe that will work.
