U.S. MBA Refinance Index rose 5.7% at 4,944.7; Last Week 4,676.7; U.S. MBA Purchase Index rose 0.6% at 170.5; Last Week 169.4; U.S. MBA Market Index rose 4.9% at 870.3; Last Week 829.7.

Durable Goods Orders (MoM):
June Durable Goods Orders Revised to -0.1% from -1.2%; July Durable Goods Orders, Excluding-Defense, rose 0.3%; July Durable Goods Orders, Excluding-Transportation, fell 3.8%; U.S. July Durable Goods Orders rose 0.3%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 2.8%.

New Home Sales:
U.S. New Home Sales Slump to Record Low in July; U.S. June New Home Sales Revised to 315K from 330K; U.S. July New Home Sales fell 12.4% to 276K; Compared to Consensus of 333K.

Crude Oil Inventories from DOE:
