U.S. Mortgage Application Volume Dropped 5.9% Last Week.

New Home Sales:
U.S. Apr New Home Sales Revised to 446K from 504K; May Level of New Home Sales is Lowest on Record; U.S. May New Home Sales fell 32.7% to 300K; Compared to Consensus of 400K.

Crude Oil Inventories:
DOE: U.S. Crude Oil Stocks rose 2.017 million barrels at 365.122 million barrels; U.S. Crude Oil Stocks rose 2.017 million barrels in Week; Was Seen decreasing by 1 million barrels; U.S. Gasoline Stocks fell 0.762 million barrels at 217.578 million barrels; U.S. Gasoline Stocks fell 0.762 million barrels in Week; Was Seen increasing by 0.3 million barrels; U.S. Distillate Stocks rose 0.297 million barrels at 156.919 million barrels; U.S. Distillate Stocks rose 0.297 million barrels in Week; Was Seen increasing by 1.2 million barrels; U.S. Refineries Ran at 89.4%; Was Seen at 88.10%; U.S. Refineries Ran at 89.4% versus 87.9% Week Ago.

FOMC Interest Rate Decision:
Fed keeps Fed funds range unchanged at 0.0% to 0.25%; Fed discount rate unchanged- percent to 0.75%; Voted 9-1 for Fed funds rate action; Hoenig dissents; Fed Hoenig: ‘extended period' phrase limits policy flexibility; Business spending up, but firms still reluctant to hire; Household spending increasing but remains constrained; Financial conditions abroad less supportive of growth; Inflation to remain subdued for some time; Underlying inflation trending down, with energy prices; Labor market improving gradually, but unemployment high; Economic recovery proceeding, pace to remain moderate; Fed funds to stay exceptionally low for extended period.
