Chinese Exports

April Exports $148.81B, down 0.7%; Imports $189.09B, down 0.4%; U.S. April Trade Deficit $40.29B; Compared to Consensus of a Deficit of $41.0B; March Trade Balance Revised to a Deficit of $40.05B from a Deficit of $40.42B.

Initial Jobless Claims:
U.S. Week of May 29 Continuing Claims Lowest Since December 13, 2008; U.S. Week of May 29 Jobless Claims Revised to 459K from 453K; U.S. Week of May 29 Continuing Claims fell 255K to 4,462,000; U.S. Jobless Claims fell 3K to 456K in Week of June 5; Compared to a Survey of a decrease by 3K.

Federal Budget Balance:
U.S. Government Deficit For Year 2010 to Date $935.61B; U.S. Government Posts $135.93 Billion Total Budget Deficit in May; U.S. Government Deficit in May is 20th Straight.
