A representative for Adam Lambert has told the media why the respective singer had not been present at the "American Idol" last night where a tribute had been given to the departing judge Simon Cowell. In accordance to Roger Widynowski at the 19 Entertainment, Adam had been approached so that he could become a part of the respective reality program but owing to some health problems he had developed over the weekend he had declined. He is scheduled to go on the Glam Nation tour on the 4th of June in Wilkes-Barre in PA. Till then Adam has been advised by his doctors to take some vocal rest. Although he had never committed to do the show but he had been present at some rehearsals. The tribute had also included seven previous idol winners and also a whole stage that had been full of the "Idol" alumni in the current season, to pay tribute to the departing judge.
Adam Lambert had been the previous year's "American Idol" runner-up, who as has already been mentioned above is going to begin his first ever tour after a week from this coming Friday. His voice is a little strained as told by his spokeswoman. Lambert had been due to make a telephone news conference on Thursday prior to the beginning of his tour that will be on the 4th of June at venue of the F.M. Kirby Center that is situated in Wilkes-Barre. He is also going to be playing Bethlehem's Musikfest festival that is due in the month of August.
But according to the RCA Records spokeswoman named Vanessa Fine Adam had strained his voice and hence the conference could not be conducted.
Adam Lambert has also made an announcement regarding his second UK single that is titled as 'Whataya Want From Me'. The respective music track has been co- penned by Pink and the Swedish hitmakers named Max Martin and Shellback. This single has already bagged a place in the top ten spots in not only the United States but also in Australia and Canada. It is scheduled for release in the United Kingdom on the 19th of July. Lambert had marked his UK debut with a single titled 'For Your Entertainment.
This single has made it to the 37th spot in the beginning of this month, whereas his music album that had also been titled For Your Entertainment, has by far managed to bag the 36th spot.
