May Job Losses

Challenger, Gray & Christmas reported today that May job losses were 65% lower than in May 2009. (Read more at Millennium-Traders.Com)

U.S. MBA Refinance Index rose 2.4% at 3,336.9; Last Week 3,257.4; U.S. MBA Purchase Index fell 4.1% at 178.0; Last Week 185.7; U.S. MBA Market Index rose 0.9% at 639.0; Last Week 633.5.

Pending Home Sales (MoM) from NAR:
U.S. Pending Home Sales Index rose 6.0% in April; U.S. Apr Pending Home Sales rose 22.4% from April 2009.
