What's Happened With Stormpay Investigation?

Just wondering if anyonehas heard anything about StormPay investigation-or if they're even having one?

I had another chargeback for some money that has been in there since Feb.3. At least this time they charged it back to the person who sent it. The first chargeback was money tht had been paid by one person and was charged back to 12DP.

Isn't it illegal to do a chargeback when a person has not requested it? Probably not, but when was Storm Pay ever legal in their actions? Don't think they know the meaning of the word.

So many people are going through chargebacks that they had sent out a warning indicating that this was against the SEC ruling, and with a major investigation like this going on, we want hear squat until it is shut down, and that day is close at hand, so for those who may still be using them, I would suggest you close accounts quickly or you may suffer a chargeback yourself from months back. This will be the kiss of death for any ecurrency operation based in US, so move to offshore operations if you are in US is my best advice.
