U.S. December Existing Home Sales fell 16.7% to 5.45M Rate; U.S. December Existing Home Sales Consensus 5.78M Rate; U.S. Inventory of Unsold U.S. Homes at 7.2 Months Supply; U.S. December Median Existing Home Price rose 1.5% on Year to $178,300.
