hi guys!

If anyone can tell me how to move money from Uniclear to egold I would appreciate it. I tried to look around there but not sure where to go...

Ok,.... I'm not getting any help from Uniclear and now I have made a deposit to them and I even made a separate account for the egold....

What I don't know how to do is to take that money I have in the uniclear account that is in egold currency and deposit it to egold!!!!

HELP~! I am stuck in this mode and need to get out! All I need to know is how to move that money now that I have it where it is now.... ?????

Log in to your account and look at the bottom of your page.

You should see "Visit The Help Section"

When you go into the help section there is a link to.....

The info you need is in there under buy/sell.

I was looking at the help section above on that same page which was nill on egold functions...

Now I'm good to go! (after I read it, that is)

Well, I flubbed up some of this so uniclear support is coming to the rescue. They have come through after all and doing a fine job...........~*

HI moncheri,

I have been off line for a few days. I received your PM's...it looks like you have it taken care of. Did you find the Due Diligence section? This needs to be completed before any transfers to e-gold can be done. I was lost for a bit myself. Its a long process...but worth it! They are very secure!! (Lets hope...LOL!) I have sent a few imails to their support team. It seems to take about two days to get a response. But always very helpful.

thanks Jimmy,... Yes I think I did all that DD and all... I just prematurely tried to figure it out on my own and pushed a couple wrong buttons... Oh well... Now they are fixing it... Think they are pretty busy...
