Private Sector

ADP's employment reports showed that the private sector shed more jobs than expected this month, showing that the pace of recovery in the job market is slow. (Read more at Millennium-Traders.Com)

U.S. MBA Market Index rose 2.1% at 613.7; Last Week 601; U.S. MBA Purchase Index rose 4.1% at 232.3; Last Week 223.1; U.S. MBA Refinance Index rose 1.7% at 2866.4; Last Week 2818.7.

ADP Nonfarm Employment Change:
ADP Sees November U.S. Private Sector Jobs -169,000; ADP November U.S. Private Sector Jobs Expected -150,000.

Fed's Beige Book:
Economic conditions continue to improve; consumer spending up 'moderately'; commercial real estate activity 'deteriorating'; little or no indication of upward wage pressures; retailers holding leaner inventories for holidays; home sales, construction activity improved; expectations low for commercial real estate in 2010; labor market conditions still weak.
