U.S. Retail Sales rose 1.8% 1st 2 weeks in October versus September.

Building Permits:
Building Permits fell 1.2% to 573,000 rate in September.

PPI:
U.S. September Producer Prices fell 0.6%; compared to consensus of a decrease by 0.2%; U.S. September PPI Ex-Food & Energy fell 0.1%; ompared to consensus of an increase by 0.1%; U.S. September PPI Intermediate Goods rose 0.2%; Core rose 0.9%; U.S. September PPI Crude Goods fell 2.1%; Core rose 3.6%; U.S. September PPI Energy Prices fell 2.4%; U.S. September Passenger Car Prices rose 1.0%; U.S. August PPI Unrevised at +1.7%.

Housing Starts:
U.S. September Housing Starts rose 0.5% to 590,000 versus Consensus of an increase by 2.0%; August Housing Starts Revised to -1.0% from +1.5%.
